我国羽毛球竞技后备人才培养运行机制研究 ABSTRACT To solve the problem of the lack of reserve talents of badminton, and promote the development of Chinas badminton in a better way, the thesis makes operating mechanism as a starting point, using literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and expert interviews, using management and teaching theory of knowledge as a reference to study the process mechanism, evaluation mechanism, guarantee mechanism, governance mechanism that influence the training and running of china’s badminton athletics reserve talents. The thesis summarizes the successful experience of the operating mechanism has made in the training of badminton athletics reserve talents in our country, and analyzes the main existing problems of it. The thesis uses foreign experience as a reference, combined with Chinas specific reality to propose solutions. The results are as follows: (1) during the process of China’s badminton reserve talents training, there are some problems: the traditional training channels and emerging channels separated from each other, lacking of team building coaches, the participating motivation of athletic badminton reserve talents is non-specialized; (2) in the evaluation of China badminton reserve talents, it is found that the number of Chinas badminton talents in critical stage is small, the reserve talented quality is not high.
