When I was a fresher I totally do so. So here is a guide for all of you to conquer these challenge that you will face soon. Why do we feel homesick? As far as I am concerned ,that is because you have no friends here to share your feelings and don’t know what to do in this strange place. So to get rid of the feeling the most effective way is that try tomake more friends. It’s no doubt that you also can do some sports, listening to the music and others that you enjoy to relax. Then how to make more friends? There aresome tips. First, you should be active .For there are so many societies and clubs here that will provide you with lots of opportunities to know more people, and if you’re not active enough you won’t catch such a chance. Of course you have to be sincere when you get along with others. Second keep smiling, for smile can show that you’re easy-going and friendly. Last but not least always be ready to help others. In college another big challenge but also the most important thing is study. For there is a big difference in education between college and high school, you may feel confused and don’t know how to begin studying. First, you should know that there is nobody to force you to learn in college so studying consciously is your responsib- ility. If you want to learn more about the study in college ,you can communicate with senior student and ask for some learning experience.
