摘要：移动支付不仅面临着技术问题，更为重要的是模式问题。本文从战略和运营两个视角对移动支付模式进行了分析。移动支
付模式的战略特征主要包括应用场景和支付金额两个方面，运营特征主要包括支付服务提供商、支付技术和支付方案三个方面。
本文提供了对移动支付模式进行分析的一个框架，随着移动支付的发展，新的视角、特征及特征值可以不断被加入进来。
