岗 前 实 践 总 结 系 别： 人文与社会工程系 姓 名： 年 级： 09商英 专 业： 商务英语 指导老师： 姜树红 九 州 职 业 技 术 学 院 ? 2012年6月 摘 要 为了能在毕业后更快的融入社会，提前做好角色转换的准备，通过实践，检验了我们的理论知识水平，在这一年的时间中，我辗转来个了几个单位来检验自己，尤其是在扬州七田右脑潜能开发培训教育工作中，主要担任了右脑潜能开发班老师和直映写字画字班老师，在这近半年多的工作中，让自己的能力得到了充分的展示，并且利用课余时间阅读了大量的幼儿教育方面的书籍来充实自己，很好的将学校的理论知识在工作中得以检验，深得领导的赞赏和小朋友们的喜爱。通过这次的实习，让我领悟到，如果想要成为一名优秀的教师，就必须努力提高自己的业务水平，拥有扎实系统精神的专业知识和广泛深厚的文化科学基础知识、全面深刻的心理知识，在以后的工作中一定要加倍学习，多向有成功经验的资深教师学习，不断充实自己，本着对每一位学生负责的态度和严谨的工作作风，认认真真备好每一节课、上好每一节课，保质保量地完成教学工作任务。 关键词: 岗前实践，幼儿教育， 实践收获，不足 Abstract In order to adapt quickly to society upon my graduating from the university, I have made full preparations for the transformation from a student role to a social role through practice activities. During my internship in several workplaces in the past one year, I have had my academic knowledge examined. When working in Yangzhou Tian seven right brain potential development training education, I was a teacher for developing the potential of right brain and zhiying writing and drawing, which provide me with a lot of chances to present my ability fully. Besides, I have also made the most of my spare time to do much reading about preschool education to enrich myself. Working for half a year, I have combined the theoretical knowledge that I have learnt in the university with my job, and finally earned the admiration of the leadership and the affection of my little friends. Through the internship, I come to realize that to be a qualified teacher, I am expected to enlarge my professional knowledge, improve my professional ability, extend my basic knowledge in culture and science, as well as learn more comprehensive knowledge in the field of psychology. In my future working career, I will work hard and learn from experienced teacher as much as I can to get myself ready for every possible challenge in my job.
