Of the patients who had LN how many had biopsies? If they did and were ANCA + how many revealed characteristics of ANCA associated vasculitis? Did any biopsies in patients who were not ANCA + reveal characteristics of ANCA associated vasculitis? Response: Thanks for your concern, this is one limitation of this study, in consideration of injury of biopsies and our central aim is to study the relationship between serum ANCA and LN, so we have not performed renal biopsies. We understand that renal biopsies can better reveal the correlation between ANCA and LN, it will be considered in our further study. 2. It would be interesting to note how many pts had pulmonary involvement as it is an important manifestation of ANCA associated vasculitis.
