· 222· 中国皮肤性病学杂志2008年4月第22卷第4期 Chin J Derm Venereol，Apr．2008，Vo1．22，No．4 初诊银屑病患者364例临床资料分析 李东升，周飞红，周小勇，姜一化，张天柱 [摘 要] 目的 了解湖北地区银屑病患者流行病学基本特征。方法 采用问巷调查及详细体格检查，对初诊银 屑病患者进行现况调查。结果 ①多数银屑病患者发病年龄40岁(61％)，且男性平均发病年龄(26．35±13．24岁)高 于女性(21．56±12．34岁)，二者差异有显著性(P0．01)；② 银屑病首发、加重及复发以秋冬季为主，病情的减轻、缓解 则以夏季明显；③在银屑病的诱发因素中，位于前四位的分别是感染、精神因素、饮食和染发剂，其中染发剂为本次调查 首次提出的诱发因素；④ 皮损的初发及分布部位以头皮和四肢伸侧为主。结论 目前银屑病患者流行病学特征与此前 调查结果基本一致，但呈现出新的发展趋势。 [关键词] 银屑病；流行病学 [中图分类号] R 758．63 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1001—7089(2008)04—0222—02 Analysis on the Clinical Data of 364 Preliminary Diagnosed Patients with Psoriasis LI Dong—sheng，ZHOU Fei—hong，ZHOU Xiao—yong，et al (Department ofDermatology，the First Hospital ofWuhan，Wuhan 430022，China) Abstract： Objective To investigate the basic characters of epidemiology of psoriasis patients in Wuhan．Methods Through questionnaire survey and detmled medical examination，cross—sectional investigation Was administered to the preliminary diagnostic psoriasis patients．Results ①The age of onset of majority psoriasis patients Was less than 40 years(61％)．And the average age of onset of male patients(26．35±13．24)Was older than that of female(21．56±12．34)．There Was a significant difference among both(P0．01)．(~)Onset，aggravation，and recurrence of psoriasis were mostly taken place in autumn and win· ter．And relieve of pathogenetic condition of psoriasis mainly in summer．~The first four risk factors of psoriasis Was infection， psyche，food and drink，and hair dye．It was the first time to pose that hair dye Was a risk factor．@The distribution and location of the primary psoriatic lesions were capitally on scalp and extensor aspect of extremities．Conclusion These findings indicated that the characters of epidemiology of psoriasis patients at present were chiefly coincidence with the findings before．Howeve
