· d · 中国现代药物应用2008年 12月第2卷第23期 ChinJModDragApp1．Dee20o8．V01．2．No．23 ICAM一1、P选择素、nm23在青年人结直肠癌 中的表达及其临床意义 宴4安丽 贺生 摘【要】 目的 研究细胞间黏附分子(ICAM一1)、P选择素、am·23在结直肠癌组织中的表达与临床 病理和预后的关系。方法 对92例青年人结直肠癌患者的手术切除标本、癌周正常大肠黏膜组织采用 免疫组织化学方法检测其ICAM-1、P选择素、nm-23的表达情况 ，分析其变化规律及其相关性。结果 92 例结直肠癌患者中ICAM一1、P选择素阳性表达高于癌旁组织，在正常大肠粘膜组织中无表达(P0．05)， nm-23在结直肠癌组织中表达则低于癌旁组织 ，三者表达与结直肠癌组织学类型、临床 Dukes分期及转 移复发有密切关系(P0．05)，但与肿瘤大小和部位无关(P0．05)。结论 结直肠癌组织中ICAM-1、 P选择素的表达可能是肿瘤发生、浸润、转移的重要因素，和nm-23结合检测对判断肿瘤的恶性程度、转 移情况、估计预后、评价复发及指导临床患者术后化疗具有重要的意义。 【关键词】 ICAM-1；P选择素；nm-23；结直肠癌 TheexpressionofICAM -1、P—selectin、nin-23inhumancolorectalcarcinomana dclinicalstudy LIUAn— li，HESheng．DepartmentofpathologyofNanyangMedicalCollege，Henan473058，China 【Abstract】 Objective ToobservetheexpressionofICAM·1，P-selectinandnm-23inyoungeolorectal carcinoma，alongwithinvestigationofitscorrelationwithclinicalpathologyna dprognosis．M ethods Immuno— histochemicalstainingwasexploredtodetecttlleresectedspecimensandnormalmucosaaroundcarcinomaof92 youngcaseswithcoloreetalcarcinomafortheexpressionofICAM-1，Pselectionandnm-23，naalyzingthechan gesinhtelaw anditsrelevance．Results Of92 caseswiht eoloreetal carcinoma，thepositiveexpression of ICAM一1andP-selectinwashigherthanthatoftissuesnearcarcinoma，noexpressioninnormalcolorectalmucosa (P0．05)，andexpressionofnm-23ineoloreetalcancerlowerthna thatoftissuesneracracinoma．Thethree expressionswerenotcorrelatedwihtthesizeandsiteofthetumor(P0．05)，however，theyweresignificantly correlatedwithhistologicaltypes，Dukesclinicalstaging，andmetastasisandrecurrenceofthecoloreetalcarcino- ma(P0．05)．Conclusion TheexpressionsofICAM-1andPs·electionineoloreetalcracinomamayconstitute theimportantfactorsinvolvedincracinogenesisdevelopment，infiltrationandmetasatsis；thedetectionalongwith nm一23isofgreatsignificanceindeterminingthestagesofmalignnattumors，metastasis，prognosis，andtheclini- calevaluationofpatientswithrecurrentpostoperativechemotherapy． 【Keywords】 ICAM
