鼾症咽研究 三峡大学第一临床医学院..湖北省宜昌市中心人民医院 邓湖山 张志茂 李康 房民琴 杜芝梅 中文摘要 目的 研究鼾症病人咽部特异性病征；探讨引发鼾症咽的理论； 方法 调查鼾症病人的病史，咽部主诉特征，检查病人咽部体症；电子喉镜检查咽壁形态；病人咽壁液酸硷度测试；鼾症病人咽壁粘附物细菌学培养；鼾症病人咽壁粘膜上皮细胞学涂片；鼾症病人咽壁粘膜病理学诊断。 结果 病症为咽梗堵、咽干痛、咽异物感；体症：悬雍垂肥大，软腭增厚，咽侧索肿胀，咽后壁滤泡增生，舌体高拱，咽壁黏膜干燥；咽喉内镜检查：悬雍垂和软腭缘水肿，咽侧索肿胀，咽后壁滤泡单发或片状增生，会厌黏膜菲薄软骨可见；咽壁液酸硷度测试Ph酸性；咽壁粘附物细菌学培养为常见菌落：咽壁粘膜上皮细胞学涂片均显示鳞状细胞增生；咽壁粘膜病理学诊断咽黏下腺体萎缩和组织增生。结论 鼾症病人引发的咽部病征是一种特异性病变。 关键词 张口呼吸 咽梗阻感 咽干疼 吞食顺畅 Research pharyngeal snoring.
