Continuous reform mechanisms * In summary All 10 major areas generally satisfactory Of 44 secondary standards 38 achieved 3 partially achieved 3 uncertain * Compilation of draft report and distribution to team and school was managed by the chair by email Report was then revised by chairman based on team and school responses Final report sent with recommendations to HUST and AMUCC This process took 3 months * General Conclusions Team impressed with the outstanding facilities and the commitment of the leadership, staff and students TMC is training its students to the highest current Chinese standards TMC graduates are competitive at an international level, especially for roles requiring a sound scientific training Accreditation would have been recommended for full period subject to periodic reporting * The main recommendations by the Team for further Reforms were: The pilot reforms that TMC has already embarked on should be extended to the whole program TMC should consider the further suggestions made in the site visit report and implement those that it considers to have merit These reforms require careful strategic analysis, a detailed and staged implementation plan and allocation of specific resources * After both the
