汽车安全驾驶规程 Description of Safty Driving 1.起步 1. Starting （1）起步前各部位必须合格，温度，气压表读数符合规定，全部警告信号解除。 （1）Before vehicle starting, all position must be ready well, temperature gauge and air gauge shall accord with standard and all warning signals are closed. （2）检查车旁及车下有无人、畜及障碍物等并关好车门，鸣喇叭后才能起步。 （2）When driver closes the door, he need check whether there are people, animals and obstacles or not near or under the vehicle at the same time. The vehicle can be started after honking. （3）起步时应先挂挡，后松手制动器，并通过后视镜看后方有无来车，再缓松离合器踏板，适当加油门，徐徐起步。 （3）During starting, the driver shall put vehicle into gear firstly and then release the break. The driver shall observe firstly whether there are others vehicle from the back side or not in rear view mirror, and then the clutch should be released gently. The driver shall start the vehicle slowly and step on accelerator properly. （4）上坡起步时一手紧握制动杆并调节轻重，一手把牢方向盘，对正方向，一脚踩踏加速踏板，一脚适当缓松离合器踏板，待离合器大部分接合，汽车开始前进时，进一步放松手制动器，并完全松开离合器踏板，适度踏下加速踏板，使汽车稳步前进。上坡起步时必须使用手制动器。 （4）During starting on the uphill, the driver should hold the brake bar tightly and adjust it slightly using one hand. And another hand shall hold the steering wheel and make the direction positive. At the same time, the one leg shall step on acceleration pedal and another one shall release the clutch pedal gently. When the clutch has ready and the vehicle starts, the driver can release the brake pedal further and totally loose the clutch pedal. In order to ensure the vehicle move on steadily, the driver shall step on acceleration pedal properly. The uphill starting must use the manual brake. （5）起步时应根据地形和负载情况选择合适的档位，平稳起步。 （5）When the vehicle starts, in order to assure starting steadily, the driver should choose the proper gear setting according to the terrain and loading situation. 2. 行驶 2. Driving （1）应根据车型、拖载、道路、气候、视线和当时的交通情况，在交通规则规定的范围内，确定适宜的行驶速度。在良好的平路上，严禁超速行驶。 （1）According to type of vehicle, loading, road, weather, view and traffic situation at that moment, the driver should confirm the vehicle spe
