[ Method] Different proportions of Lanzaojin was added to lake water with cyanobacteria to detect the precipitation capacity of cyanobacteria, the de radation effect of microcystic toxins and each influencin index of water quality. [ Result] After 1%- 10% Lanzaojin was added to the lake water, more than 80% cyanobacteria were precipitated within 24 hours. When the addition amount was 5% , the effect was best. Addin 5% and 10% Lanzaojin could de rademicrocystic toxins. Addin 10% Lanzaojin could de rademicrocystic toxins in water and cyanobacteria cells within 3 days. In thetreatment of addin 1% lucose, microcystic toxins in water and cyanobacteria cells could bede raded completely within 3 days.
