丹参注射液对骨折愈合过程中BMP-7、TGF-β1及bFGF表达的影响 宋昭君 倪卫东 高仕长 (重庆医科大学附属第一医院骨科 重庆 400016) 【摘要】目的：通过测定骨折动物模型经丹参注射液治疗后血清和局部骨痂中骨形态发生蛋白-7 (Bone morphogenetic protein-7BMP-7)、转化生长因子-β1 (Transforming growth factor-β1TGF-β1) 、碱性成纤维细胞因子(Basic fibroblast growth factorbFGF)水平变化酶联免疫吸附分析法(ELISA)术后第1、2、3、4、6、8周X线片实验组与对照组比较,骨痂生成量。BMP-7免疫组化平均光密度值两组间差异有统计学意义bFGF免疫组化平均光密度值两组间差异有统计学意义TGF-β1免疫组化平均光密度值两组间差异有统计学意义ELISA法检测术后4周BMP-7血清含量两组间差异有统计学意义bFGF血清含量两组间差异有统计学意义TGF-β1血清含量两组间差异有统计学意义BMP-7、TGF-β1 bFGF等生长因子的表达。 【关键词】丹参；骨形态发生蛋白-7(BMP-7)转化生长因子-β1 (TGF-β1)碱性成纤维细胞因子(bFGF) The expression of BMP-7、TGF-β1and bFGF in the healing of rabbits fracture using the “DanShen” injection Song Zhaojun ,NI Weidong，Gao Shichang et al （Department of Orthopedics，the First Affiliated Hospital OF Chongqing Medical University） 【Abstract】Objective：To observe the change of BMP-7、TGF-β1 and bFGF during the healing of rabbits’ fracture using 揇anShen?injection, and explore the molecular biology mechanism. Methods: Divided 72 rabbits of New Zealand into two groups randomly.One was experimental group,the other was control one.All of the rabbits were made into fracture model. “DanShen” injection was injected into the experimental group ,normal saline was injected into the control group.Drew off serum and evaluated the the healing of fracture by X-ray at 1,2,3,4,6,8 week postoperatively . ELISA was used to detect the serum BMP-7、TGF-β1 and bFGF.Tissue of fracture region were treated with HE staining to observe the skeleton and immunohistochmical method was used to detect the BMP-7、TGF-β1 and bFGF. There was significant differenc when P0.05. Results：X- ray shows experimental group’s bone callus appeared earlier and having more quantity bone callus at 3,4 week postoperatively.The experimental group’s fibronectin andosteoblast occurs earlier than control group through HE at 3,4 week postoperatively.The two groups serum content of BMP-7、TGF-β1 and bFGF had significant differenc at 4,2,3 week respectively and immunohistochmical staining di
