Lacking full knowledge is his/her weak point, which dooms him to limited capacity. A threshold score reflects the requirement of well-rounded development. And such a potential is dependent on his study habits, personalities and talents which develop over a long period of time. It’s quite difficult for him/her to change those habits, become well-rounded and achieve the college training goal. The final result may
