With the determination of the system requirement and processing flow, and the designing of the database, the technologies including OpenGL three-dimensional graphics, database technology, positioning technology, network technology, multimedia technology, Bluetooth communication technology, advanced interface development technology and so on are used in the design and implementation of the system. The experimental results show that to fuse the scene information and the mood when taking pictures into the photo and note system improves the functions of camera and photo management in Android mobile phone, and has a good practicality.
