我院266份静脉用药品说明书中配制方法和贮存时限的标注情 况分析及建议 ＊ 邱 季 ，朱文靖，许 杰（合肥市第一人民医院药学部，合肥 230601） 中图分类号 R95 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1001-0408（2016）10-1433-03 DOI 10.6039/j.issn. 1001-0408.2016.10.41 摘 要 目的：为规范静脉用药品调配和使用提供参考。方法：整理我院静脉药物集中调配中心（PIVAS ）266份药品说明书，对其 标明的配制方法、稀释用或配制前溶解用溶剂、药品配制后贮存时限的标注情况进行统计、分析。结果：266份静脉用药品说明书 中，45种属于成品输液，其余221种为需配制品种。在221种需配制品种中，明确标注具体配制方法的仅有30份，占13.57％；标注 稀释用或配制前溶解用溶剂的分别有195、22种，分别占88.24％、19.13％；标注贮存时限的共69份，占31.22％。结论：静脉用药品 说明书中配制方法、贮存时限等相关信息的标注情况严重缺乏或不明确。建议药监部门加强对药品说明书的规范管理，同时药品 生产企业应在说明书中详细标明相关信息。 关键词 静脉用药品说明书；配制方法；贮存时限 Analysis and Suggestion on the Label Information of Dispensing Method and Storage Time in 266 Pieces of Intravenous Drug Instructions of Our Hospital QIU Ji ，ZHU Wenjing ，XU Jie （Dept. of Pharmacy ，Hefei First People ’s Hospital ，Hefei 230601，China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To provide reference for standardizing dispensing and use of intravenous drug. METHODS ：266piec- es of intravenous drug instructions were collected in PIVAS of our hospital ，and then the labeling information were statistically ana- lyzed ，including dispensing method ，diluted or dissolved solvent before preparation and storage time after preparation. RESULTS ： Among 266intravenous drug instructions ，there were 45kinds of finished product infusion varieties and 221kinds of drugs needing to be prepared. Among these ，there were only 30 pieces of drug instructions with labeling dispensing method ，accounting for 13.57％；195pieces of drug instructions stated solvent for dilution and 22 stated solvent for dissolution before preparation ，account- ing for 88.24％and 19.13％；69pieces of drug instructions stated storage time ，accounting for 31.22％. CONCLUSIONS ：The la- bel information of dispensing method and storage time in intravenous drug instructions is markedly insufficient or not clear. Drug ad- ministration departments are suggested to strengthen the instruction standardization management.
