In the presence of pH=7.8 buffer solution, when fluoride ion and TritonX-100 medium existed, QADP can react with uranium and fluoride ion to form a 1/1/1 stable complex {F-/QADP/U()}. 5 -1 -1 The molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.22 10 L ·mol ·cm at 600nm.
