乳晕切口及残腔无缝合技术在乳腺良性肿块切除术中应用【摘要】目的：有多种方法切除乳腺良性肿块，每种方法各有其特点，我们旨在探讨乳晕切口及残腔无缝合技术在切除乳腺良性肿块中的临床应用价值。方法：从2006年1月至2010年8月我们对2164例乳腺良性乳腺肿块住院患者进行乳晕切口切除肿块，对切除肿块后所留的残腔采用不缝合技术，通过随访，评价对乳腺良性肿块的治疗效果，总结经验。结果：采用乳晕切口及残腔无缝合技术，所有乳腺良性肿块均成功切除及痊愈，单个病灶长径为0.5cm～8cm, 病灶数量为1个～42个，手术时间37min（5～162min），乳房切口疤痕微细，保持乳房外形，硬块感率25.4%，硬块感时间29day（18 day～40day），患者满意98.4%。无严重并发症。结论：乳晕切口及残腔无缝合技术在乳腺良性肿块切的临床应用中，操作简单，美观，安全可行。 【关键词】乳腺；乳晕切口；良性肿块；残腔无缝合技术 【中图分类号】R737.9 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1008-6455（2010）11-0003-02 An incision made at the areola mammae and suture-free residual cavity closure in benign ? breast lump removal:a report of 2164 cases Ma YinbinWang YanmingLi WeiKang CunfangXiang KemingYang Nengjun 【Abstract】Objective:There are many methods to remove benign breast lumps.Each method possesses respective positive features.Our objective was to determine the clinical value of an incision made at the areola mammae and the suture-free residual cavity closure technique applied to remove benign breast lumps. Methods:From January 2006 to August 2010,2164 patients wereperformed usingan incision made at the areola mammae for removing benign breast lumps andsuture-free technique to close the residual cavity in our department.The therapeutic results were evaluated in light with follow-up，and the experience was summaried.Results:All the benign breast lumps were resected safely and completely. The diameter of the single lump was 0.5cm～8cm and the number of lesions was 1～42.The mean operative time was 37min（5～162min）.There was minimum scar formation on breast, the outline of the breast was maintained，the rate of generating gelosis was 25.4%，the mean time of developing gelosis was 29day（18 day～40day）, and the rate of satisfaction was 98.4%.No sever complications were fond.
