河南农业科学,2011,40( 1) : 127-130 Journal of Henan gricultural Sciences 3 徐传保, 戴庆敏 ( , 323000) : 以8 种竹子离体叶片为材料进行低温胁迫试验, 研究低温胁迫对竹子 3 种渗透调节物质含 量的 响结果表明:低温胁迫导致竹子叶片组织中可溶性蛋白可溶性糖及游离脯氨酸含量均有 明显变化- 25条件下, 8 个供试竹种可溶性蛋白为2. 37~ 5. 18mg/ g可溶性糖为21. 22~ 52.27mg/ g游离脯氨酸为139.75~ 1213.89g/ g对试验结果进行方差分析和多重比较结果显 示: 温度间可溶性蛋白可溶性糖及游离脯氨酸含量差异均达到极显著水平,品种间可溶性蛋白质 可溶性糖含量差异不显著, 游离脯氨酸含量差异极显著, 且抗寒性强的品种叶片中3 种渗透调节物 质的含量均较抗寒性弱的品种高 : 竹子; 低温胁迫; 可溶性蛋白; 可溶性糖; 游离脯氨酸 : S795 : : 1004-3268( 2011)01-0127-04 Changes of T hree Osmotic Regulatory Metabolites Contents in Leaves of Bamboo under Low Temperature Stress XU Chuan-bao,D I Qing-min ( College of Chemistry and Life Sciences, Lishui University,Lishui 323000,China) Abstract: The changes of contents of three osmoticregulatory metabolites in leaves from eight bamboo species under low temperature stress were studied.The results showed that the contents of soluble pro- tein, soluble sugar and proline in leaves of bamboo changed significantly under low temperature stress. Under - 25, therangeof solubleprotein content was 2.37- 5. 18mg/ g,the soluble sugar was 21.22- 52.27mg/ g, and the proline was 139. 75- 1213.89g/ g of eight bamboo species. The result of NOV and mult-i comparison showed that the contents of soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline had significant changes under the different temperature, and the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar of the different varieties had not significant difference,but the contents of proline from the different varieties had significant difference. The contents of three osmoticregulatory metabolites in leaves from the cold-resistance varieties were higher than that of the others. Key words: Bamboo; Low temperature stress; Soluble protein
