Social Network Analysis was put forward to identify the key factors influencing the cooperative governance of the e-waste recycling industry chain. The study found that: (1) the external environment had an important role in supporting and enhancing the internal and external collaboration capabilities of stakeholders in the e-waste recycling industry chain, thereby affecting the behavior and effects of
