健脾补肾,祛瘀化痰法治疗原发痛风性关节炎慢性期的临床视察.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察健脾补肾，祛瘀化痰法治疗原发痛风性关节炎慢性期的疗效，并探讨其 病因。方法：采用随机、对照方法，选取 60 例原发痛风慢性期患者，分为试验组 30 例， 予健脾补肾，祛瘀化痰法治疗；对照组 30 例，予别嘌醇治疗，观察 6 周，采用降尿酸疗 效判定及中医症候总疗效判定标准，评价健脾补肾，祛瘀化痰法对原发痛风慢性期的治 疗效果。结果：1.在降低尿酸水平上，两组之间无显著差异（P0.05 ）。2.在中医症候疗 效及总有效率方面，试验组优于对照组（P0.05 ）；在改善关节疼痛、肿胀，缓解病人肢 体沉重、神疲乏力等方面，试验组优于对照组（P0.05 ）。3.不良反应方面，试验组发生 率为 7 ％，对照组为 10％，试验组安全性较对照组高，但两组均无严重不良反应，在对 症处理后均可消失。结论：两组对原发痛风慢性期降低尿酸方面，均有良好治疗效果， 但是在缓解临床症状及中医症候方面，试验组优于对照组，研究表明，健脾补肾，祛瘀 化痰法治疗原发痛风慢性期，疗效好，安全性高。 关键词 痛风性关节炎；健脾补肾；祛瘀化痰；别嘌醇 The efficacy on chronic phase of gouty arthritis treated with regulating and reinforcing spleen and kidney ，expelling stasis and resolving phlegm following Traditional Chinese Medicine Speciality：Internal Medicine of T.C.M ， Rheumatic Disease Auther ： Tuter： Professor Abstract Objective: The efficacy on chronic phase of gouty arthritis treated with regulating and reinforcing spleen and kidney ，expelling stasis and resolving phlegm following Traditional Chinese Medicine was evaluated，and the primary mechanism on how the herbal treated the disease was explored. Methods: A randomized, control method is adopted. 60 cases with chronic phase of gouty arthritis were randomized into two groups.The patients in treated group (30 cases) were administered with the herbal medicine following regulating and reinforcing spleen and kidney ，expelling stasis and resolving phlegm following traditional Chinese medicine. The patients in control group (30 cases) were treated with routine therapy in Western medicine ，Allopurinol. Observating 6 weeks ，we evaluated the therapeutic effect of regulating and reinforcing spleen and kidney ，expelling stasis，re
