Therefore, this paper designs a kind of multi-function, high efficiency, low power consumption, safe carrying power, to meet the outdoor demand, will have great practical value. The system design of multi-function portable power source The circuit system design discussed in this paper consists of five parts: the lithium core capacity indicator circuit, the core protection circuit, the charging management circuit, the dc-dc booster circuit and the function extension circuit. The lithium core capacity indicates that the circuit consists of the voltage monitoring chip in the XC61CC series. The core protection circuit consists of three parts: overcharge protection, over-discharge protection and overtemperature protection. HAT2027, R5402 and self-restoring fuse have built triple protection, making the lithium core security greatly enhanced. CN3066 charge control circuit was adopted, the charging process is divided into a trickle charging charging, constant current, constant voltage charging and maintenance charge four parts, enables mobile power with maximum energy stores. The dc-dc booster circuit USES the MAX1771 integrated chip, which allows the maximum release of lithium core capacity within a safe range to achieve the goal of powering multiple digital devices. The function extension covers the common requirements of outdoor activities, such as emergency night lighting, outdoor security alarm and camping repellent.
