However, LED has always been a problem, so many designers realize that heat dissipation is an important problem when designing and developing LED lamps. Although leds still heat up, their temperatures are relatively low, so theres no big problem. However, based on semiconductor devices LED its working temperature should be lower than 100 ℃. According to the law of conservation of energy, heat (energy) must be transmitted to a nearby area. Leds can only work in between 100 ℃ and 25 ℃ ambient temperature, the temperature range is 75 ℃ only. Therefore, a large heat sink surface and very effective thermal management are required.
