喜炎平注射液治疗轮状病毒肠炎效果观察 　　摘要：目的 探讨喜炎平注射液治疗白细胞总数增高及中、高度发热的轮状病毒肠炎临床效果。方法 选择60例外周末梢血白细胞总数在10～15×109/L，体温在38～39.5℃的轮状病毒肠炎患儿作为研究对象，随机分为两组，观察组采用喜炎平、利巴韦林治疗，对照组采用利巴韦林治疗 观察两组的治疗后退热时间、腹泻症状缓解时间及治疗3 d后末梢血白细胞总数下降至正常比例。结果 两组比较，观察组总有效率为96.70%，对照组总有效率为86.70%，观察组患儿治疗72 h外周末梢血白细胞恢复正常率为85.20%，对照组为72.80%。结论 喜炎平注射液治疗白细胞总数增高的轮状病毒肠炎临床效果好，不需要使用抗生素，对减少抗生素的应用，合理使用抗生素非常重要。 关键词：喜炎平注射液；利巴韦林；白细胞增高；轮状病毒肠炎 Observation of Xiyanping Injection in the Treatment of Rotavirus Enteritis Effect WANG Ming-fei，HUANG Guang-li，SHI Qing-sheng （Department of Pediatrics，Handan Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital，Handan 056001Hebei，China） Abstract：Objective To investigate the Xiyanping injection in the treatment of leukocytosis and in rotavirus enteritis clinical effect of high fever. Methods 60 cases of weekend shoot white blood cell counts in 10～15×109/L，the temperature in the 38～39.5℃ of rotavirus enteritis in children as the research object，randomly divided into two groups，the observation group with Xiyanping，Leigh Bhave Lin treatment，control group treated with Leigh Bhave Lin.Observation on the treatment of the two groups after the cooling time，diarrhea symptoms time and 3 d after treatment，peripheral blood leukocyte count dropped to normal ratio.Results The two groups，the observation group the total effective rate was 96.70%，control group total effective rate was 86.70%.The recovery rate of white blood cells in the observation group was 85.20% and the control group was 72.80%，at the end of the treatment of 72 h.Conclusion Rotavirus enteritis clinical effect of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of leukocytosis is good，do not need to use antibiotics to reduce the use of antibiotics，rational use of antibiotics is very important.
