Results showed that cerebellar cortex of A .f ulgens consists of molecular layer, Purkinje cell layer and granular layer. RT97 appeared to express in the Purkinje cell layer, granular cell axon in granular layer and molecular layer as well as medulla. KGF immunopositive cells were found in all layers. Bax proteinwas present in the molecular layer, Purkinje cell layer and granular layer. RT97, KGF and Bax proteins might play different roles in the construction of neuromechanism in cerebellar cortex.
