管理03（Management 03） Construction management organization of 2Z101020 I. the concept of system System depends on the observation of the objective things: an enterprise, a school, a research project or a construction project can be regard as a system, but the different systems of different goals, thus forming the organization concept, methods and organizational means also is not the same, the above all kinds of operation mode of the system is also different. The construction project as a system has its distinct characteristics compared to the general system, such as: (1) the construction project is a one-off; there are no two identical projects; (2) the whole life cycle of construction projects usually consists of decision-making stage, implementation stage and operation stage, each stage of the work tasks and work target is different, their unit is not the same, to participate in or involve long time its whole life cycle; (3) the task of a construction project is often composed of multiple, even many, many units to complete together, their relationship of the majority is not fixed, and some units involved in the interests of the different, even opposite. Therefore, the above characteristics should be fully considered when considering the organizational problems of a construction project or the organization design of project management. The relationship between the objectives of the system and the organization of the system The main factors that affect the realization of a system target are the following two (as shown in FIG. 2z101020-1) : (1) the number and quality of a person, including the number and quality of the management and production personnel; (2) methods and tools, which include methods and tools for management and methods and tools for production.
