结肠常见炎性反应性溃疡性疾患X线诊断【摘要】 目的 分析结肠炎性反应性溃疡性结肠炎的X线表现,寻找对鉴别诊断有帮助的要点。方法 回顾分析1998~2008年11例结肠炎症性溃疡性结肠疾患(不包括无溃疡的),男7例,女4例。其中,单纯性溃疡性结肠炎5例,Crohn病3例,结核性结肠炎3例。6例经结肠镜检查并取的病理资料证实,3例经手术证实,2例经临床治疗证实。均经X线气钡双对比灌肠造影检查。结果 X线造影表现,锯齿状表现的10例,肠管痉挛狭窄的8例,伴发息肉2例,有钡斑3例,结肠袋消失10例,肠激惹征5例,肠管变形5例,卵石征的2例。结核性结肠炎和Crohn病局限于右半结肠,回肠末端多受累,而单纯性溃疡性结肠炎范围较广,结肠各段均有发生,左半结肠多见;11例中均有溃疡形成,其形态各异,纵形溃疡和裂隙仅见于Crohn病。结论 结肠的溃疡形态及其粘膜皱襞的变化和肠管的变形等是各种疾患的诊断依据。X线造影检查可提示病变的性质、范围、程度、为临床治疗提供重要依据。 【关键词】结肠;炎性反应性;溃疡性;X线诊断;钡灌肠造影 The Diagnosis of Colon Disease With Inflammation and Ulcen by X yay FENG Shou rui.
