督灸治疗强直性脊柱炎改善疲劳症状的疗效视察.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：本文通过临床研究，主要观察督灸治疗对强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis，AS）疲劳症状、体征、疲劳相关实验室指标的改善作用，提高AS患者 的生活质量，为完善督灸治疗 AS 体系提供客观的临床依据。方法：本研究筛选肾阳 亏虚型强直性脊柱炎患者 30 例，分别对自身治疗前后的疲劳症状积分、体征积分、 实验室指标的变化进行纪录，经统计学处理观察 30 例患者自身疲劳症状、体征、实 验室指标的前后对照，探讨有无显著性差异。结果：督灸治疗一个疗程后 30 例患者 主要疲劳症状积分、体征积分、相关实验室指标自身前后对照有显著性或非常显著性 差异（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论：通过症状和体征的改善表明督灸对疲劳症的治疗 作用，通过实验室指标的变化反映督灸改善疲劳症的机理，达到了本研究的目标。 关键词 督灸；强直性脊柱炎；疲劳症；疗效观察 Curative effect observation on Du-Moxibustion in Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis of Improve fatigue symptom Speciality： Acupuncture and Moxibustion Author ： Deng Yuxia Tutor： Prof.Chong Guiqin Abstract Objective ：This text passes a clinical research ， the main observation on the improvement function of fatigue symptom ，physical sign and laboratory index of Du-moxibustion on Ankylosing Spondylitis (ankylosing spondylitis， AS) ， the exaltation AS sufferers living quality ，to provide perfect objective clinical basis. for the Du-Moxibustion treatment AS system.Methods ：30 cases were selected，those all belonged deficiency of kidney Yang AS.
