现代临床护理(Modem Clinical Nursing)2008．7(2) 15 · 专科研究· 术前综合干预对行经皮穿刺椎问盘切吸术患者的影响 曾秀莲，钟树玉 (韶关市红十字会医院护理部，广东韶关，512031) [摘要] 目的 探讨术前综合干预对腰突症微创术患者的影响。 方法 将 110例腰突症患者随机分为实验组和 对照组，实验组除给予常规护理外，还进行术前综合干预，对照组只行常规护理，对比两种护理方法对腰突症微创术患者 的影响。 结果 两组患者干预前的各项观察指标无统计学差异 (P0．05)，而干预后的各项指标存在统计学差异 (P 0．05)，其中实验组患者的血压、心率、焦虑值及平均手术时间低于对照组，而对疼痛的耐受程度则高于对照组。 结论 有 针对性的术前综合干预可减轻患者焦虑情绪，减少血压、心率变化，提高疼痛阈值．提高手术质量，利于术后康复。 [关键词]心理干预；腰椎间盘突出症；椎间盘切吸术；焦虑；护理 [中图分类号] R473．6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1671—8283(2008)02—0015_03 [Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on patients with protrusion of intervertebral disc undergoing minimally invasive operation，Methods 1 10 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group．Patients in the control group received conventional nursing，while patients in the experimental group received psychological intervention before minimally invasive operation besides conventional nursing． The effects were compared between the two groups． Results There were no difference in the observed indexes between the two groups before intervention fP0．05)，There were significant differences between the two groups after intervention(尸0．05)．The indexes in blood pressure，heal~rate，anxiety and average duration of operation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group，but the degree of enduring pains in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group． Conclusions Psychological intervention before operation can help patients release anxiety，reduce the fluctuation of blood pressure and hean rates，improve endurance for pain． Psychological intervention before operation can help improve the quality of surgery and promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients． [Key words]psychological intervention；protrusion of intervertebral d
