High quality nursing services depend on good professional quality. In the coming period, to promote the quality of nursing care in two aspects of breadth, depth, and can reflect the connotation and value of the nursing profession, urgent need to improve the quality and ability of young nurses, clinical training and teaching task is very heavy. In order to promote young nurses to master basic nursing theory, basic knowledge and basic skills, and to effectively apply them in clinical nursing work, the work program was worked out.
I. work objectives
The establishment of knowledge and unity principle, the reform of nursing clinical teaching rotation, three bases training evaluation methods, to cultivate the thinking ability, practical ability and humanistic quality, guide young nurses using professional knowledge to guide the clinical work, strengthen the observation, operation skills and symptomatic treatment, passive to active, can truly solve a problem for clinical nursing work, promote the quality of nursing service to carry out a thorough and sustained.
Two, range objects
Scope: the provinces two or more hospitals in full implementation.
Participants: newly recruited nurses at medical institutions at all levels.
Three, the main content
(1) standardized training;
The standardized training period for new nurses was 3 years and divided into three phases: novice adaptation (0~6 months), skill maturity (7~18 months) and clinical rotation period (19~36 months). The following arrangements may be made:
1, novice adaptation (0~6 months)
First months: pre job training.
Two way selection, fixed department.
Second months: take care of 6~8 people with clinical instructors.
Third months: take care of 8~12 people together with clinical instructor, or take care of 4~6 people independently under the guidance of clinical instructor
