江苏省矿产储量管理规定（Provisions on the administration of mineral reserves in Jiangsu） Promulgated by the peoples Government of Jiangsu province (promulgated by the peoples Government of China)(time of promulgation)(time of implementation) Order No. ninety-second of the peoples Government of Jiangsu Province Provisions on the administration of mineral reserves in Jiangsu Chapter I General Provisions The second chapter, mineral reserves approval The third chapter mineral reserves management The fourth chapter, reward and punishment The fifth chapter is the supplementary provisions The provisions of the Jiangsu on the administration of mineral reserves have been discussed and adopted by the 101st executive meeting of the provincial peoples Government on August 22, 1997, and are hereby promulgated and put into effect. Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 in order to strengthen the management of mineral reserves, rational development and effective protection of mineral resources, the maintenance of national ownership of mineral resources, mineral reserves and provide reliable geological data for the national economic and social development, according to the Peoples Republic of China mineral resources law, Peoples Republic of China mineral Resources Law Implementation Rules and other relevant laws and regulations, combined with the actually, these Provisions are formulated. The term mineral reserves as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the amount of mineral resources that have been proved by investigation to be used in second. Article third the exploration, exploitation, utilization and management of mineral reserves within the administrative area of this province must comply with these provisions. The fourth mineral resources belong to the state. Mineral reserves shall be subject to unified examination and approval, unified registration and statistics, and unified planning and distribution system.
