交通法规制定程序规定（Provisions on the procedures for the formulation of traffic regulations） Provisions on the procedures for the formulation of traffic regulations (promulgated by the Ministry of communications in 2006 November 24, 2006 and promulgated on January 1, 2007 eleventh) Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 in order to regulate the traffic regulations and procedures of traffic legislation guarantee traffic behavior, the quality of legislation, according to the Peoples Republic of China legislative law, administrative rules and regulations formulation procedure regulations and rule making procedure regulations, the enactment of this provision.
