Mathematical modeling is the mathematical abstraction of a practical problem called a prototype. After a series of reasonable assumptions, the prototype can be represented by one or a set of mathematical equations. The financial modeling discussed in this paper includes mathematical modeling of financial issues, but also includes computer modeling as discussed below. Therefore, we define financial modeling as a mathematical discipline or a computer language for the study of the relationship between financial variables and variables. A problem is formulated as a model, which can test different outcomes of specific problems under different assumptions, and can also be used to predict future developments of specific problems under different conditions. For a complex financial problem, it is sometimes impractical or impossible to write its mathematical model. In this case, if we can use the computer to simulate the problem and analyze the result of its operation, we can understand and grasp its inherent law and predict its future development. In this case, although we didnt find the exact mathematical model, we could say that we found the computer model of it. Therefore, in the definition of the above financial modeling, we added the content of the computer model.
