First, the guiding ideology of this class teaching:
This course is based on seven basic steps of aerobics, and through the pace and music coordination, pace and upper limb coordination, to understand the characteristics of aerobics, to improve the interest of learning aerobics. Two, study situation and teaching material analysis::
