交通大厦综合楼建筑给水排水工程设计 山东建筑大学 市政与环境工程学院 给水排水工程052班 张攀 指导教师：陈冬辰 讲师 摘要：本设计为交通大厦综合楼建筑给排水工程。该建筑地处市11990m2，建筑高度45.6m。设计内容包括给水系统、中水系统、消系统 给水系统采用分区给水方式，一层至四层为低区，由市政给水管网直接供水；五至十二层为高区，通过生活水泵加压供水，水泵从生活水池中吸水污废水制经化粪池处理后排入市政管网采用污废水合流制，其中厨房部分排水首先进入隔油池进行除油处理。 本建筑属高层建筑，室内设有消火栓灭火系统和自动喷水灭火系统，另外配制手提式灭火器，满足高层建筑的设计防火要求。 本设计经过完整的水力计算，进行了系统的合理选择，编制了完整的设计说明书，绘制了整套的设计图纸图纸内容包括平面图、系统图和主要构筑物与设备。 ABSTRACT This project is the water-supply and drainage engineering of Jiaotong Building. This building has 12 stories on the ground, with a total construction area of 11,990 square meters and a height of 45.60 meters. This design includes water-supply system; fire-fight system, hot water-supply system, sewerage system, rain water system. The water-supply system adopts the way of separate water supply，the first four stories are in the low district with the source of the municipal water-supply net-work and the fifth to twelfth stories are in the high district with the source of pressurized water through the life water pump. The main part of the building uses sewage waste water drainage system. The domestic sewage firstly flows into the septic tank for pre-treatment and then flows into the municipal sewage network. After the treatment by the domestic wastewater treatment station, it is used back to the main building for toilet flushing toilet. The podium adopts the way of combined use of wastewater pollution. The sewage from the kitchen firstly flows into the grease interceptor to remove the oil. This building is a second-class high-rise with a higher requirement of fire protection. Its fire prevention system is made up of hydrant system and sprinkler system, and another preparation is portable fire extinguishers. All these can meet the fire design requirements of high-rise buildings. The design firstly chose the best type of each system after an integrated calculation and a package of drawings were drawn by computer including one by hand. The results also include an instruction booklet with the calculati
