调神通络针刺对脑白质疏松症患者颈动脉血流动力学的影响陈旭兰 (武警后勤学院附属医院,天津 300162) 【摘要】 目的观察调神通络针法对脑白质疏松症患者颈动脉血流动力学的影响。方法对60例脑白质疏松症患者采用调神通络针刺法治疗,观察患者治疗前后简易智力量表(MMSE)及蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分,并比较治疗前后颈动脉血流动力学各项指标。 结果患者治疗后MMSE评分及MoCA评分与治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01)。患者治疗后颈总动脉、颈内动脉及椎动脉血流动力学各项指标(收缩期峰值血流速度、舒张期末流速、血管阻力指数及血管搏动指数)与治疗前比较, 差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论调神通络针刺法能改善脑白质疏松症患者的认知障碍,同时对患者颈动脉血流动力学改变有显著作用。 【关键词】针刺疗法;脑白质疏松症;血流动力学;颈动脉;简易智力量表;蒙特利尔认知评估量表;认知障碍;头针 【中图分类号】R246.6【文献标志码】A DOI:10.13460/j.issn.1005-0957.2015.09.0811 Effect of Mind-regulating and Collateral-unblocking Acupuncture on Carotid Hemodynamics in LeukoaraiosisPatientsCHEN Xu-lan. MethodsSixtyleukoaraiosis patients were treated with mind-regulating and collateral-unblocking acupuncture. The Mini Mental Sate Examination (MMSE) score and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score were recorded in the patients before and after treatment. Pre- and post-treatment carotid hemodynamic indices were compared. ResultsThere were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the MMSE score and the MoCA score (P0.01) and in common carotid, internal carotid and vertebral artery hemodynamic indices (peak systolic blood flow velocity, end-dystolic flow velocity, vascular resistance index and vascular pulsation index) (P0.05) in the patients. ConclusionsMind-regulating and collateral-unblocking acupuncture can improve cognitive disorder in leukoaraiosis patients. Meanwhile, it has a marked improving effect on carotid hemodynamics in the patients.
