苦参碱治疗肺纤维化（热毒壅肺型）的临床探究.pdf

提 要 目的：观察苦参碱对热毒壅肺证的肺间质纤维化患者的临床症状、生活质量、及 炎性因子的干预作用。 方法：临床选择符合纳入标准的肺纤维化患者60例，随机分为两组，治疗组（30 例）给予苦参碱注射液、小量糖皮质激素及对症治疗；对照组（30 例）给予小量糖 皮质激素及对症治疗，两组均以4周为一疗程。观察两组的临床疗效。 结果：临床研究显示，治疗组在改善肺纤维化患者的生活质量、临床症状及炎性 因子等方面均优于对照组。治疗组能明显提高患者的生活质量，改善喘息、咳嗽等症 状，治疗前后血清白介素-4（IL-4）水平明显下降，其疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05 或 P＜0.01）。两组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。 结论：苦参碱可有效治疗肺间质纤维化。其机理可能是通过抑制IL-4的表达， 从 而抑制TH0向TH2发展，减少成纤维细胞的增殖及分化。 关键词 苦参碱；热毒壅肺证；肺间质纤维化；临床研究。 Clinical Study of the treatment of PF with Matrine Injection Specialty：respiratory Internal Medicine of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM. ） Author ：Li Qi Fang Tutor：Professor Chen Xian hai Abstract Objective ：To observe the effect of matrine injection on the lung mesenchymal fibrosis patients quality of life clinical smptoms and inflammatory factor.Methods：60 patients with lung mesenchymal fibrosisi were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given matrine injection,small amount of glucocorticoid and symptomatic treatment.The control group was small amount of glococorticoid and symptomatic treatment, 4 weeks were set as a course of treatment. The clinical effects of each group were observed during the course. Results ：Clinical studies have shown that the treatment group,the quality of life in patients with pulmonary fibrosis, clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors were better than the control group. Treatment can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,improve breathing, coughing and other symptoms,serum levels of interleukin -4 (IL-4) levels were significantly decreased, the effective than the control group (P 0.05 or P 0.01).The two groups no adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusi
