提 要 目的：观察和分析中药视明饮Ⅱ号方治疗大龄弱视患者的疗效，并总结规律、探 讨机理，为本病的临床研究提供更多的思路。方法：以中药视明饮Ⅱ号方为基本方随 证加减，并配合屈光矫正，遮盖及精细目力训练等疗法，对23例（34眼）已经过西 医等疗法治疗无效的大龄弱视患者进行临床疗效观察，2 个月为一疗程，平均 2.5 个 疗程。结果：有效率为50.00%。其中，轻度弱视为56.25%，中度弱视为46.67%，重 度弱视为 33.33%；屈光不正性和屈光参差性分别为 66.67%和 61.54%，斜视性为 25.00%。9～10 岁者基本治愈率为 35.29%，而≥11 岁者为 23.53%。结论：视明饮Ⅱ 号方随证加减配合传统疗法治疗大龄弱视，具有较好的疗效。推测其治疗机理与中药 可以增加眼局部血液供应，改善视网膜供养，促进黄斑区再发育、提高视敏度、延长 视觉发育的敏感期有关。 关键词 视明饮Ⅱ号方；大龄弱视；临床观察 Clinical Study on Treatment of Amblyopia in older by the Prescription of Shimingyin Ⅱ Speciality: Ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Graduate: Li Shixiang Tutor: Prof.Zheng Xinqing Abstract Objective: This present research observed and analyzed the curative effectiveness of the prescription of shimingyin Ⅱ for older visually impaired, and summarized the rule to discuss the mechanism for the purpose of providing more methods in clinical research.
