提 要 目的：本课题采用隔药灸脐法治疗原发性痛经，并以针刺三阴交组为对照组，观 察其对患者子宫动脉血流的影响，试图阐释隔药灸脐法治疗原发性痛经的作用机制， 以及与针刺三阴交在调控胞宫效应差异性的机理。 方法：将 58 例原发性痛经患者随机分成两组，其中隔药灸脐组 30 例，针刺三阴 交组 28 例。观察治疗前与介入治疗后四个月经周期的腹痛严重程度变化以及子宫动 脉血流的影响，并比较两组之间的差异。 结果：隔药灸脐组和针刺三阴交组均能明显减轻患者腹痛严重程度，与治疗前相 比，差异均具有极显著性意义(P0.01) 。隔药灸脐组和针刺三阴交组对于子宫动脉血 流均有不同程度的调整作用，但是隔药灸脐组在改善子宫血供状况、降低其动脉血流 阻力、增加血流速度上明显优于针刺三阴交组。 结论：隔药灸脐法治疗原发性痛经疗效显著，其机制之一是调整子宫动脉及弓状 动脉血流动力学，改善子宫血液循环，缓解或解除子宫平滑肌缺氧痉挛。 关键词 隔药灸脐法；原发性痛经；子宫动脉血流动力学 Influence of Uterine Artery Blood Flow of Patients with Primary Dysmenorrhea by Herbs-separated Moxibustion at the Navel Speciality: Acupuncture and Moxibustion Author: Zhang Baoling Tutor: Ma Yuxia Abstract Objective: Two treatments were selected in this study—herbs-separated moxibustion at the navel and needling Sanyinjiao(SP6) to cure the patients with primary dysmenorrhea, in order to observe the influence on uterine artery blood flow try to explain the mechanism of the therapy of herbs-separated moxibustion at the navel to cure primary dysmenorrhea.
