提 要 目的：探讨不同中医证型 DVT 患者细胞间黏附因子-1 （Intercellular adhension molecule-1 ，ICAM-1 ）、P-选择素（P-selectin ）及E-选择素（E-selectin ）的表达水平， 探讨细胞黏附因子在 DVT 不同中医证型中的表达规律，为深静脉血栓形成的客观化 指标做有益的补充。方法：筛选DVT 患者 70 例，根据中医证型分为湿热下注组、血 瘀湿重组，并设健康对照组 20 例。检测各组 ICAM-1、P-selectin 和 E-selectin 的水平。 结果：DVT 患者各组ICAM-1 水平显著高于健康对照组（P0.01 ），血瘀湿重组 ICAM-1 水平高于湿热下注组（P0.01 ）。P-selectin 水平为湿热下注组、血瘀湿重组、健康对 照组依次降低，差异有显著性（P0.05 ，P0.01 ）。而E-selectin 水平为湿热下注组高 于血瘀湿重组及健康对照组（P0.01 ），但血瘀湿重组与健康对照组比较无显著差异 （P0.05 ）。结论：黏附因子介导了白细胞与内皮细胞之间的黏附及迁移，参与了血 栓形成的过程，且与中医证型存在联系，可作为中医临床辨证分型的客观指标之一。 关键词 细胞间黏附因子-1 ；P-选择素；E-选择素；深静脉血栓形成；中医辨证 分型 Study on the change rule of the cell adhesion molecules in different Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome types of the deep venous thrombosis Speciality: Surgery of TCM Author: Yu Tingting Tutor: Zhang Yue Abstract Objective: To investigate the expression levels of Intercellular adhension molecule-1,P-selectin and E-selectin in different Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome types in patients with deep vein thrombosis(DVT), we explore the relationship between cell adhesion molecules(CAM) and DVT, and it is a beneficial supplement of the objective indicators basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
