城市绿化规划建设指标的规定（Provisions on the planning and construction of urban greening） Provisions on the planning and construction of urban greening Built city [1993]784 Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the authorization of the ninth regulations on urban greening, in order to strengthen the management of urban greening planning and raise the level of urban greening. Second urban green planning indicators as mentioned in these Provisions include the per capita public green area, urban green coverage and urban green space rate. Third per capita public green area refers to the average green space occupied by every citizen in the city. Formula: the public green area per capita (square meters) = total area of city public green city, non agricultural population. The per capita public green area index is based on the per capita urban construction land quota: (1) the per capita public green land area shall be no less than 5 square meters per capita in 2000, with the construction land target of less than 75 square meters per capita, and it shall be no less than 6 square meters by 2010. (two) the per capita public green area of the city with 75-105 square meters per capita construction land index shall be no less than 6 square meters by 2000; it shall be no less than 7 square meters by 2010. (three) the average per capita public green area shall be no less than 7 square meters per capita in 2000, with the construction land exceeding 105 square meters per capita, and it should be no less than 8 square meters by 2010. Fourth urban green coverage rate, refers to the proportion of urban green coverage area of urban areas. Formula: the city green coverage rate (%) = (within the city all planting vertical projection area, the area of the city) * 100%. Urban green coverage rate should be no less than 30% by 2000; by 2010, it should be no less than 35%.
