全髋关节置换术中自体血回输效果的观察（Effect of autologous blood transfusion during total hip replacement） Effect of autologous blood transfusion during total hip replacement This article source: paper / Wu Chao, Hu Li, Yan Yan, Chen Xiaoqin Abstract: Objective To evaluate whether autologous blood transfusion during operation can reduce the total amount of allogeneic blood transfusion during total perioperative period of total hip replacement. Methods since January 2009 June -2011 period. Total hip arthroplasty in 50 cases, of which 25 cases were treated with intraoperative autologous blood transfusion (a group), 25 cases treated with autologous blood transfusion (B group), compared two groups of patients with gender, age, weight, height, disease, surgical doctor, operation time, preoperative blood, bleeding the amount and quantity of autologous blood transfusion, allogeneic blood volume and blood after first, third, seventh days. Results intraoperative autologous blood transfusion (382 + 123) ml and allogeneic blood loss (75 + 23) a were performed in group ml. B group received intraoperative blood loss (427 + 134) ml. There was no significant difference in blood routine between two groups, first days, third days and 7 days before operation (p 0.05). Conclusion autologous blood transfusion during total hip replacement can reduce the amount of allogeneic blood transfusion during operation.
