[Abstract] this paper from the practical problems encountered in the practice of hospital management, put forward the salary incentive mechanism, combined with the objective requirements of equity incentive mechanism theory of salary, the equity theory of hospital salary based incentive mechanism is discussed.
In the practice of hospital management, we often encounter such problems: very good clinical nurse or doctor, because the Department where the benefit is not good, would rather give up their own professional to the management of the medical record or to the administrative functions of the Department, some even choose to leave the hospital; many departments in common about the same thing, its work.
