多缸柴油机机体结构有限元模态分析

摘要：本文应用有限元法，建立较为精细的柴油机机体有限元实体模型。应用ADAMS机
械系统动力学分析软件计算激振力，并且在空间和时间上进行了离散等效施加。对激振力激
励下的机体强迫振动响应进行了动态分析，考察机体在激振力的作用下的振动情况、振动评
级，并联系穴蚀对气缸套外表面振动加速度进行评价。结果表明，本文采用的计算方案合理的
反映了机体振动，具有工程应用价值。
