实用预防医学 2008年6月 第15卷 第3期 Practical Preventive Medicine，Jun．2008，Vol 15，No．3 801 文章编号：1006—3110(2008)03—0801—02 思连康预防d,JL肺炎继发腹泻的临床观察 尹 宁 摘要： 目的 探讨应用微生态制剂思连康(日服双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、肠球菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌四联活菌片)预防4,JL肺 炎继发腹泻的疗效。 方法 我院儿科住院治疗的JL肺炎 366例，预防组190例，对照组 176例。对照组给予抗生素 等对症支持治疗，预防组在使用抗生素治疗的同时加用思连康，然后对两组继发腹泻的发病率、疗效、止泻时间及腹泻总 病程进行统计分析。 结果 预防组继发腹泻31例，发病率为16．32％，对照组继发腹泻67例，发病率38．07％(3(2= 22．0493，P0．01)。预防组治疗小儿肺炎继发腹泻的止泻时间、腹泻总病程亦明显短于对照组(Po．05)。 结论 思 连康能降低d,JL肺炎继发腹泻的发病率，预防性应用具有积极的临床意义。 关键词： 肺炎；腹泻；思连康 中图分类号：R563．1 文献标识码：A Observational Study of Siliankang in Preventing Diarrhea Complication in Pediatric Pneumonia Cases YIN Ning(Hengyang Municipal Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital，Hengyang 421001，Hunan) Abstract： Objective To determine the efficacy of SIliankang(Combined Bifidobacterium，Lactobacillus，Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets(Live)，Ora1)in preventing diarrhea complication in pneumonia children． ：Methods Totally 366 inpatients with pediatric pneumonia were assigned into two groups，190 cases in experimental group were treated with Silian— kang in additionI to antibiotics and 176 cases in the control group were treated with antibiotics alone．The subsequent diarrhea occurrence rate and efficacy，including the duration of diarrhea control and hospital stay were compared between the two groups． Results Altogether 31 cases of the experimental group occurred diarrhea，with the incidence of 16．32％ ；67 cases of the controll group occurred diarrhea，with the incidence of 38．07％．There showed statistica l significant differences between the two grou ps(X2=22．0493，P0．01)．The diarrhea control and hospital stay showedl significant difference too(P 0．05)． Conclusions Siliankang can efficiently prevent diarrhea complication in pediatric pneumonia． Key words： Pneumonia；Diarrhea；Si
