It is very suitable for actuating the vacuum circuit breaker. It was put on the market in 1998, and has aroused widespread concern at home and abroad, and has been successfully used in the medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker, there are currently 12 kV, 17.5 kV and 24 kV rated voltage products. Products of higher voltage levels have been studied, but no reports on their research and applications have been seen [1, 2]. There is a long stroke movement of high voltage vacuum interrupters, and the need of opening and closing and high speed, such as 72.5 kV high voltage vacuum arc chamber to open from around 50 mm, and the closing speed to respectively 2.5 s and 1.8 m / M / s, compared with 12 kV vacuum medium voltage circuit breaker the arc distance is about 6 times, opening and closing speed for about 2 times.
