1, preface
In the XXX companys human resources department is responsible for performance appraisal management, in September last year, the company officially launched the performance appraisal management system. 2, the status of performance management and analysis of existing problems
2.1, lack of understanding of performance management
Many managers in the company think that the closing tables are performance management at the end of the year.
