The flavor of liquor is complex, and there are many aromatic components besides ethanol and water. The contents of alcohols, esters, organic acids, carbon-based compounds, phenolic compounds and high boiling point compounds in liquor were determined by gas chromatography.

1. Preparation of samples
2 percent of the internal system:
The internal standard of 2mL - butyl acetate is in the volumetric flask of 1OOmL (because the internal standard is volatile and can be put in a small amount of alcohol in the bottle), with the alcohol content of 55% - 60%.
1-2% sample preparation:
Respectively from acetaldehyde, methanol, propanol, sec-butyl alcohol, acetal, n-butyl alcohol, isoamyl alcohol, (hexyl alcohol), each lmL (furfural), ethyl acetate, ethyl butyrate, pentanoic acid ethyl ester, ethyl lactate, ethyl caproate, isoamyl acetate) 2 ml join 1 ooml volumetric flask, with 55% 60% (V/V) ethanol constant volume, after the blending of the prototype. (a little ethanol is added in the volumetric flask to prevent volatilization)
The mixing of target:
Use the pipette to draw the sample lOmL and the internal standard 5mL, and use the ethanol of 55%-60% (V/V) to be fixed to 1OOmL, and then (can be divided) to be used.
