银屑病关节炎-风湿病诊断指南（Diagnostic guide for psoriatic arthritis - rheumatic disease） Psoriatic arthritis [summary] Psoriatic arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis, PsA) is an inflammatory joint disease associated with psoriasis and psoriasis skin rashes, joints and the surrounding soft tissue pain, swelling, tenderness, stiffness and movement disorders, and some patients may have sacroiliac arthritis and (or) spondylitis, illnesses out, easy to relapse, terminal can joint stiffness, lead to disability. About 75 percent of patients with PsA skin rashes occur before arthritis, and about 10 percent occur after arthritis, and about 15 percent.
