9施工用电与施工机具 Power supply system and equipment for construction 9.1 施工用电 Power supply system for construction 9.1.1 施工用电除执行本规程外，尚应符合《建设工程施工现场供用电安全规范》GB50194及《施工现场临时用电安全技术规范》JGJ46的规定。 The power supplying for construction not only should follow the rules in this document, but also should comply with “Safety rules about power supplying for construction” GB50194 and “Technical rules about safety of temporary power supplying for construction” JGJ46. 9.1.2 临时用电设备数量等于、大于5台以上或设备总容量在50kw及其以上时，应编制临时用电施工组织设计。临时用电设备数量小于5台或总容量小于50kw时，应制订安全用电技术措施和防火措施。 If there are more than five (including five) sets of temporary electric equipment, or the total capacity is over 50kw (including 50kw), design about construction organization of temporary power supplying should be compiled. And if there are less than five sets of temporary electric equipment, or the total capacity is less than 50kw, technical measures about safety and fire prevention measures should be established. 9.1.3 架空线路，必须采用绝缘铜线或绝缘铝线架空在电杆上，并有绝缘子，严禁架设在树木或脚手架上。 The trolly wires should be insulated copper wires or aluminium wires that installed on poles. It’s forbidden to install wires on trees or scaffolds. 9.1.4 低压架空线路彩绝缘导线时，其架空高度不得低于2.5m，跨越道路进离地面高度不得低于6m。施工现场严禁使用裸体导线。绝缘导线临时在地面铺设或穿越道路埋设时必须加钢套保护。 The height of low voltage trolly wires should not less than 2.5m, and the height of the low trolly wires that above the roads should not less than 6m. No naked wire should be used in site. The wires laid on ground or buried under roads should be protected with steel tubes. 9.1.5 施工用电应采用电源中性点直接接地，工作零线与保护零线分开的TN-S系统（见图9.1.5）。其接地、接零系统应独立设置，不应与外电线路相混淆。 The power supply system for construction should be grounded directly at the neutral point of power supply. The grounding system and neutral system of TN-S system, in which the working neutral wire is separated from protecting neutral wire, should be set separately and should not be confused with the circuits not for construction.
