实践探索 Practice and Exploration 急诊预检分诊系统的应用及效果评价 范颖 袁秀群 [ 摘 要 ] 目的：采用急诊预检分诊系统对急诊患者进行预检分诊并进行效果评价。方法：采用方便抽样法抽取 2012 年1、 4、8月每月100 名共计300 名来我院急诊就诊患者作为对照组，同样方法抽取 2013 年1、4、8月间来我院急诊就诊的 300 例 患者作为实验组，实验组采用急诊预检分诊系统对患者进行预检分诊。对两组危重症患者的等候时间、意外发生率、患者和医 护人员的满意度进行比较。结果：实验组危重患者就诊等候时间明显缩短，急诊患者或家属满意度较对照组高，差异有统计学 意义（P0.05）；实验组危重患者在候诊期间无一发生意外；医护人员对急诊预检分诊系统满意度较高。结论：采用急诊预检分 诊系统能改善急诊就诊环境，缩短危重患者等候时间，降低危重患者在候诊过程中的意外发生率，使急诊就诊患者的满意度提高， 急诊医护人员对此系统也有较高的评价，可在临床推广应用。 [ 关键词 ] 急诊预检分诊系统；应用；评价 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2015.01.029 The application and effect evaluation of emergency triage system / FAN Ying, YUAN Xiuqun // Emergency Department, Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University of Medicine, 200127 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2015,15(1): 92-95 [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the effects of emergency triage system. Methods: With convenience sampling method, 300 patients (100/month) visiting the emergency department in January, April and August 2012 were selected as the control group, and another 300 patients visiting the emergency department in January, April and August 2013 as the experimental group. After adopting the new emergency triage system in experimental group, the waiting time of critical ill patients, the occurrence of unexpected events and the satisfaction of both patients and emergency stuff were compared. Results: The waiting time of critical ill patients in experimental group was shortened significantly, and their satisfaction was higher comparing to the control group (P0.05). The critical ill patients of the experimental group have no accidents during the waiting time. The medical stuff is quite satisfied with the new triage system.
